In case you have transferred your hosting account to Hostings House from another host, you are required to update and configure your DNS so your domain can work with Hostings House account. The procedure of updating the DNS can vary depending on the panel of your host. Mostly, when our technical support team receives your ticket with hosting transfer request, they provide you all required guidance including help regarding DNS update.

In case you didn’t purchase your domain from Hostings House, you need to contact your domain registrar for name server update. The process is simple and you can do this yourself by logging into your account, going to domain management section, removing the current name servers and replacing with HH name servers. But if you transfer not only the hosting but also the domain completely to Hostings House, we can take care of the DNS update on your behalf.
