If the user has purchased a services that includes a free domain and subsequently cancels the product, the standard price of the domain will be deduct from the refund.
The Refund will exclude the value of third-party products and services, without and exceptions
To request a refund, the user must submit a refund request Ticket from his registered billing account.
Refund will be issued to the user’s credit balance or through the same method used by the user, if applicable. This may include the user’s payment gateway account, bank account, or service account.
