These Terms and Conditions of Service (the “Terms”) establish the guidelines, rules, and obligations governing the use of our website, services, products, and applications (collectively referred to as the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our related policies, including the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Services immediately.

1. Definitions


  • “Hostings House,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Hostings House, a company registered and operating in Pakistan.
  • “You,” “your,” or “user” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using our Services.
  • “Services” include, but are not limited to, domain registration, web hosting, cloud services, email hosting, website building tools, and other related offerings by Hostings House.
  • “Content” refers to all data, information, text, images, videos, code, or other materials uploaded, stored, transmitted, or shared through our Services.

2. Acceptance of Terms


  • By creating an account, purchasing Services, or using our website, you agree to abide by these Terms. If acting on behalf of a company, you warrant that you are authorized to bind the entity to these Terms.
  • Hostings House reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the Services indicates your acceptance of the changes.

3. Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By accessing the Services, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3.2 Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update this information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any activities under your account.  

3.3 Unauthorized Access
You must notify Hostings House immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for damages resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.

4. Description of Services

4.1 Hosting Services
We offer a variety of hosting solutions, including shared hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, and cloud hosting, with specific features based on your selected plan.

4.2 Domain Services
We provide domain registration, renewal, and transfer services through accredited registrars. Your use of these services is subject to these Terms and any additional policies imposed by registrars.

4.3 Email and Additional Services
Additional offerings, such as email hosting, SSL certificates, and website builders, may have separate terms and agreements that apply.

4.4 Service Availability
While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service, occasional downtime due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances may occur. Hostings House is not liable for service interruptions but will make reasonable efforts to provide prior notice of scheduled maintenance.

5. User Obligations

5.1 Permitted Use
You agree to use the Services in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws in Pakistan and internationally.

5.2 Prohibited Activities
You must not use our Services to:

  • Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
  • Host or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harassing.
  • Violate third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited communications.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks.
  • Host anti-religion, pornography, or hateful content

5.3 Resource Usage
Your usage of server resources must remain within the limits specified by your hosting plan. Exceeding these limits may result in service restrictions.

5.4 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any content uploaded or transmitted via our Services. Hostings House reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Domain Registration Terms

6.1 Registration
When registering a domain, you must provide accurate and complete information and comply with ICANN policies and registrar terms.

6.2 Renewals
You are responsible for tracking domain expiry dates. While we may provide renewal reminders, timely renewal remains your responsibility.

6.3 Disputes
Any domain disputes will be handled per the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) or other applicable regulations. Hostings House is not liable for disputes arising from trademark or legal conflicts.

7. Fees and Payments

7.1 Service Fees
All fees are outlined on our website at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change, and we will provide prior notice where feasible. All the prices are in comparison to USD exchange rates.

7.2 Billing Cycle
Services may be billed monthly, annually, or for multi-year terms. You are responsible for all applicable charges during your billing cycle.

7.3 Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods (e.g., credit/debit card, bank transfer, PayPal, etc). By providing payment details, you authorize us to process payments for applicable fees.

7.4 Late Payments
Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of your account. Reactivation may include additional fees.

7.5 Refunds
Refunds are governed by our refund policy. Hostings House reserves the right to approve or deny refunds based on the type of service and local regulations.

8. Invoice and Billing Policy

8.1 Service Rate Calculation
Invoices for services are calculated based on the rates published on our website. For detailed pricing information, please refer to the appropriate section online.

8.2 Billing Accuracy
Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all billing information.

8.3 Invoice Issuance Schedule
  • For monthly subscriptions, invoices are issued 7 days prior to the due date.
  • For long-term subscriptions, invoices are generated 2 months before the service expiry date unless stated otherwise.
8.4 Payment Reminders
  • A due date reminder is sent via email 3 days prior to the expiry date.
  • For overdue invoices: 
    • The first overdue notice is sent the day after the due date.
    • The second overdue notice is sent two days after the due date.
    • If payment is not made after the second notice, a third overdue notice is issued, followed by account suspension for non-payment.
8.5 Invoice Due Date
The invoice due date is fixed and cannot be altered by either party.

8.6 Service Suspension for Unpaid Invoices
Services associated with unpaid invoices will be automatically suspended if the outstanding amount is not cleared within the specified period.

8.7 Rate Modifications
  • The company reserves the right to adjust service rates at any time.
  • Email notifications will be sent in advance to inform users of any upcoming rate changes.
  • The company is not liable for price changes caused by fluctuations in currency exchange rates.
8.8 Late Payment Fee
A 15% late fee will be applied to the total invoice amount if it remains overdue, including cases where a partial payment has been made. To avoid additional charges, users are advised to pay their invoices on time.

9. Payment Policy

9.1 Currency:
The initial billing currency is fixed and cannot be altered.

9.2 Payment Responsibility:
Users are solely responsible for paying for their own services. The company reserves the right to verify credit card or payment method ownership.

9.3 Taxes:
Prices exclude applicable taxes unless explicitly stated. Users are responsible for any and all applicable taxes.

9.4 Third-Party Checkout Services:
The company is not liable for automatic transactions processed by third-party checkout services. Users are responsible for managing their third-party account settings to prevent unwanted automatic transactions.

9.5 Billing Agreements:
By creating a billing agreement for authorized PayPal/Credit Card payments through the client area, users authorize the company to process automatic transactions. Users are responsible for creating, managing, and terminating these agreements within the client area.

10. Services Cancellation

10.1 General Cancellation
Services may be canceled by either party, the company or the user. However, the company cannot cancel the services on behalf of the user.

10.2 Company Cancellation
The company reserves the right to cancel services if the user violates the terms of services. Cancellation may occur without prior notice.

10.3 User Cancellation
The user has the right to cancel his service at any time from his registered billing account.

10.4 Service Suspension
The Company reserves the right to suspend services without prior notice to the User. However, the company may contact the User beforehand to prevent or mitigate further harmful actions initiated by the User or third parties using the User’s resources.

10.5 Service Suspension (General)
The Company reserves the right to suspend services without notifying the User in advance. However, the company may reach out to the User beforehand to prevent or address any further harmful actions initiated by the User or third parties using the User's resources.

10.6 User Action After Suspension Notice
The User must take immediate action upon receiving a notice from the Company and take the necessary steps to address the issue. The Company may specify a time frame within which the User must restore compliance with the Terms of Service.

10.7 Reinstatement After Suspension
To reinstate services suspended due to a chargeback, reversal, or retrieval, the User must fully withdraw all such disputes. Additionally, the user must resolve any financial discrepancies resulting from these actions before services can be restored.

10.8 Temporary Suspension Due to Security Concerns
The Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service due to security concerns until the issue is resolved. This measure is taken to protect all users of the service and is not considered downtime, meaning the User is not eligible for a refund

10.9 Data Retention After Suspension (1 Month)
Service data will be retained for 1 month after suspension. During this period, the User may restore the services by paying an additional fee (Late Fee/Surcharge).

10.10 Data Retention After Suspension (3 Months)
One month after the suspension, the services will be terminated, and the Company will retain all data for three months after suspension. During this period, the user may restore the service by paying an additional fee of $3.5/GB.

10.11 Pro-Rated Refunds
A pro-rated refund will be issued for cancellations made before the next renewal date, with only the unused portion being refunded. If a cancellation request is received within six days to the day of the renewal, the cancellation will take effect in the following billing cycle, and charges for the current month will still apply.

11. Refund Policy

11.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
The Company offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the moment services are activated. This guarantee applies to each service individually.

Exclusions:

  • Third-party services/products/domains/dedicated servers are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.
  • If a service includes a free domain and is subsequently canceled, the standard domain price will be deducted from the refund.
  • The value of third-party products and services is always excluded from refunds.
11.2 Refund Request
To request a refund, users must submit a ticket through their registered billing account.

11.3 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the user's credit balance or through the original payment method (e.g., payment gateway account bank account).

11.4 Refund Eligibility
  • Refunds are applicable only if users comply with the Terms of Service.
  • Refunds are not available for suspended or terminated accounts due to Terms of Service violations.
  • Users with a history of abuse are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds are issued per service and can only be received once per service.

11.5 Non-Refundable Items
Third-party products, additional services, and services rendered inaccessible due to third-party illegal activities are non-refundable.

11.6 Final Decision
The Company reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.

12. Chargeback Policy

12.1 Chargebacks Not Accepted
Chargebacks are not an acceptable method for obtaining refunds. All refund requests must follow the Company's Refund Policy.

12.2 Chargeback as Payment Fraud
Initiating a chargeback or filing a transaction dispute outside of the established refund process will be considered payment fraud and subject to investigation.

12.3 Chargeback Investigation
The Company will investigate all chargebacks and payment disputes using available information, including billing account details, login history, and communication records.

12.4 Service Suspension
If a chargeback or payment dispute is received from a credit card company, bank, PayPal, or any other payment gateway, the Company may suspend all services associated with the User's billing account without prior notice. This may include restrictions on domain management and third-party products.

12.5 Administrative Fee
A $30 administrative fee will be charged for each chargeback or transaction reversal.

13. Domain Name Expiration and Redemption

13.1 Expiration
A domain name expires exactly one year after its registration date.

13.2 Renewal
You can extend the registration for multiple years at any time.

13.3 Grace Period
After expiration, a 30-day Grace Period begins. During this period, you can renew the domain at the regular price without any extra charges.

13.4 Redemption Period
If not renewed within the Grace Period, the domain enters the Redemption Period. The period limit is 30 days (Not Guaranteed).

  • Warning: The renewal fee during the Redemption Period significantly increases (typically exceeding $350).
  • Recommendation: It's crucial to renew your domain before expiration to avoid the high costs associated with the Redemption Period.

14. Intellectual Property


  • Hostings House retains ownership of all intellectual property rights related to our website, branding, software, and documentation. You may not use these without prior written consent.
  • Content you upload remains your property. However, you grant Hostings House a limited license to use it for service delivery purposes.

15. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is protected per our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using our Services, you consent to our data handling practices.

16. Suspension and Termination

Hostings House may suspend or terminate Services if you:

  • Breach these Terms or applicable laws.
  • Fail to make timely payments.
  • Engage in prohibited activities.
Upon termination, your access to Services and data will cease, and any stored files may be deleted.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. In case of disputes, parties will first attempt informal resolution before seeking legal remedies in Pakistani courts.
